Alternatively, if you provide your house plans and specify the BER rating you want to achieve, we can create a custom specification to ensure your dwelling meets that target. This must be done before building work begins.

For Existing Dwellings

Simply contact us to schedule an appointment. Our certified assessor will visit your home, gather all the necessary details during the site survey, and prepare your BER certification.
